I lead a global technical team at Awin, across time zones and languages.

Trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese and English, which in practice means I spend as much time translating between engineering and commercial teams as between languages. Most of my work sits at that seam. Understanding what a business actually needs, then building or coordinating the technical answer.

Where I am heading: AI-native solution work paired with technical leadership. Designing automation and agent systems, and owning delivery end to end.

Awin

Leading a distributed technical team on enterprise integration work for global advertisers and publishers. Day to day: tracking and API implementations, technical escalations, and translating client requirements into work the team can ship, across three languages and several regions. Beyond delivery, I drive data-backed improvements by analyzing operational metrics and building AI-driven workflows that automate recurring tasks across both my own and the team's operations, raising integration quality and internal efficiency, not just client-facing output.
